Viral Golden Hill Park Sets

Daniel Joseph started "Fiesta Fridays" with his small group of friends in the summer of 24'. They would meet up every Friday in Golden Hill Park to hang ouy, enjoy the sunset, and let loose - all to the sounds provided by Daniel. One viral TikTok later, Daniel had 500 locals attending his Golden Hill Park sets every Friday for 6 weeks until the City of San Diego shut him down for not having permits. Daniel came back to the park in the summer of 2026 after getting permits approved by the Mayor of San Diego himself, Todd Gloria. After 6 weeks of successful comminty-centered park sets, The Mayor awarded Daniel with the historic and official "DJ Daniel Day" in the city of San Diego on August 21st, 2026.
